Dear Guest,

For the first time in 14 years, I've not been part of the first day of school excitement / madness / relief... (feel free to insert your own adjective here).

No more book covering, school lunches, drop-offs and pick-ups...

With two boys having graduated and starting the next phase in their lives, its a reminder of how much "adulting" we all need to do, and how daunting this can be for young people.

It is one of the reasons Women's Network Australia introduced free membership for secondary and tertiary students. WNA Members have much to share with young women just starting out on their post-school and professional journeys. Experience, connections, support. If you know a young woman who would benefit from being part of our national network of women in business, please encourage them to join WNA for free

Over the next two weeks, we will be introducing exciting changes to the way WNA connects with Members, and introducing some new WNA Ambassadors who are thought leaders in their special areas of interest. With these Ambassadors, we will be connecting with you based on your area of interest, as well as keeping you connected with the entire national network and our global ally, WEConnect International

WNA will be more relevant, more active and more valuable to our membership. That's our intention for 2024.

So while I might miss the first-day-of-school buzz, I'm just as excited to be doing new things, meeting new people and creating new connections.

With the long weekend approaching, WNA Members will receive our first magazine for the year which captures the Summer vibe and is packed with great reading. Thanks to all of our contributors and advertisers in this edition. If you'd like to be part of our next edition, drop us an email and book in a chat.

WNA Members will have received an events email with details of our upcoming events - if you missed out, please let us know. And if you're hosting an upcoming event and would like our support to share this news, contact our team for assistance.

Did you know that WNA Members can submit blogs for free?

Blogs are a great way to amplify your marketing effort and establish yourself as a thought leader in your sector. Including backlinks in your blog will also help drive traffic, and potential customers, to your website.

Not sure how to post a blog to our website? Take a look at this short video that steps you through the process. And if you need further assistance, simply email the WNA Team.

WNA Members can submit up to 16 blogs each year at no cost - that's $4,000 worth of FREE publicity for your business!!! A fee applies for non-members and guest bloggers. Check out the WNA blog page here.
